Your pitch was good and eventually you were able to clearly communicate your idea, which I think is very visually striking. One of the key features of a successful music video is to be visually striking.
My feedback on your idea is that if you are going to use the frames idea, inspired by the bands website, then it is crucial that your storyboard details the intricacies of the action in each frame. To do a music video based around frames means that at any one times you could have 5 or 6 different scenes and so you need to plan in detail to ensure you have enough footage to fill these frames. It is also important that you carefully consider content, if you have 5 frames tht have a lot of things going on then it looks too busy and will confuse the viewer.
Your storyboard needs to clearly illustrate the different frames and your shot list will need to indicate how many frames are in each shot and what is happening in each individual frame. This will be a lot of work but if you pull it off then it will look brilliant.
Your blog is looking ok, you need to improve the visual aspect. You need to consider the following:
Props and costume lists (with visuals)
Locations list and visuals
Other videos which influence you.
Also there needs to be abit more detail and context to some of your posts, i.e. the album covers, are they real products, what do you think of them, how far are they conventional of cd covers etc.
One other current issue with your blog is the lack of address to your ancillary products. You must do some research into digipaks and magazine ads. You must also produce a sketch of your magazine ad and digipak, use either photoshop or sketch it out on paper and then upload it to the blog.
Your promotional package has the potential to be outstanding. Keep up the good work.
